THQ signs multiyear game deal with Microsoft

THQ announced a multiyear agreement with Microsoft yesterday, granting the video game maker rights to distribute titles including "Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge." The title may not sound familiar, but THQ executives say Nintendo 64 users are well aware of Banjo-Kazooie from the game's popularity in the 1990s -- a memory they're hoping to capitalize on with the release of the Game Boy Advance version this fall. Among the other titles expected for release: "It's Mr. Pants," "Sabre Wulf" and "Banjo Pilot."
